District Industrial Home (Sanatzar) Lodhran was established in 1995 with the following objectives.
- Providing training to women in local and specialized crafts.
- Preparation of standard designs of local crafts.
- Manufacturing of products of local crafts.
- Organizing exhibitions of products.

Building of District Industrial Home (Sanatzar) Lodhran was constructed with a cost of 1.57 million funded by the District Government and handed over on 14.06.2013.

Despite of regular classes of Cutting, Sewing, Knitting, Hand embroidery and Adda work, new courses have been started in Sanatzar by the coordination of District Government, Lodhran. An amount of Rs. 1600000/- was also allocated by Mr. Muhammad Shahid Niaz, DCO, Lodhran for the up gradation of Sanatzar.
Air conditioned computer lab having 10 computers has been established in Sanatzar, Lodhran.
Opening ceremony of Computer Literacy Centre under PCA obligation funds (Rs. 1500000/-) was held on 23rd January 2016. Abdul Rauf Khajak, GM (OGDCL) and Ch. Muhammad Shahid Niaz, DCO, Lodhran inaugurated the Computer Literacy centre. 15 students passed out in 2 batches so far.
A full time Beautician has been working on contract basis in Sanatzar Lodhran. After receiving new and modern machinery from the District Government a professional Beauty Parlor started working, which provides the facility of training and commercial services on neat and clean manners as well. 22 number of students in the morning and 25 in the 2nd shift are getting training.
ART & CRAFT (Art/Tie & Die/Fabric Printing/Screen Printing/Chunri Making etc.)
An Art & Craft class has also been established in Sanatzar Lodhran which runs by the Craft Designer having degree from NCA. Opening ceremony of the said class was held on 12.08.2016, Begum DCO, inaugurated the class. Women/ Students are taking keen interest to join.
A female Gymnasium Started working in Sanatzar Lodhran, which was funded by the District Government and inaugurated by the Begum DCO, Lodhran on 12 August 2016. This activity will help the women to retain them fit and healthy. 10 numbers of women have been registered so far.
A library has been established for the women of the District in Sanatzar, Lodhran. Books on different issues are available and students are benefitting.
Sanatzar Lodhran also provides the facility of Hand made products of different kinds i.e Ladies suit, Chadar, Bed set, Cushion, Sofa back, Gents and children kurtas etc for sale and their production on work order as well through display centre.
DAY CARE CENTRE
Day care centre has been established funded by District Government for the children of working women, Women getting training in Sanatzar and for local community. Facilities are available for the kids like Baby cart, Toys etc.
